Make Nata De Coco

Coconut water (1 Lt) sugars (7.5-10%) 0.06% (NH4) 2SO4 is heated until sugar is dissolved and then filtered to remove remnants of coconut husk. After a cold, pH is set by adding acetic acid or vinegar to the range of 3-4. then inoculated with a culture of Nata / high concentration of coconut water (10%). Poured in afermentation container. The container was closed and cured for 8-14 days until the layer reaches a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm. After curing is complete, Nata harvested, washed, acid removed by boiling or soaking in water for three times (water changed every day). Nata then cut into pieces and boiled again, drained. Boiling subsequently in 40% sugar solution for 30-45 minutes. Left overnight in a solution of sugar. Next Nata ready to be consumed.
